Mrs. Alice Roberta Cadwallader, 81, of Rocky Ford died on Sunday, October 17th, 2010 while in the company of family members at Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center, La Junta, CO. Alice was born in Peru, KS on August 25, 1929, the daughter of the late Atron and Grace (Barnhart) Fuller. She graduated from Peru High School and Otero Junior College. Her first husband was Ray Elden Kelly. They were married in 1948 in Kansas. Then she married Richard "Dick" Cadwallader on Dec. 26, 1999. He preceded her in death. She retired as an LPN at Pioneer Nursing Home Rocky Ford, CO., She was a member of First United Methodist Church, UMW and the Eastern Star. She is survived by; Son Stephen husband of Charlotte Kelly of Sedalia, MO; Son Scott Kelly of Mesa, AZ; Daughter Robin wife of Julius Rosales of La Junta, CO; Daughter Shirley Jo wife of Robert Steinbeck of Pueblo, CO; Step Son Don husband of Shelley Cadwallader of Denver, CO; Step Son Gary husband of Sherry Cadwallader of Centennial, CO; Brother Everette husband of Jean Fuller of Longmont, CO; Brother Paul husband of Alta Fuller of Collinsville, OK; She is also survived by Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren; Ray (Chris) Kelly and son: Gavyen; Andrew (Mendy) Kelly; Benjamin Kelly and son Kyle; Matthew (Danielle) Rosales and children Brett, Teylor, Cole and Kassidy; Kimberly Rosales and daughter: Raini; Amanda (TJay) Gottbehuet and children Jacy Rae; Boyd and Gage; Carrie (John Rutledge) Cadwallader and sons: Alaric & Liam; Richard (Lisa) Cadwallader; Michael (Melinda) Cadwallader and daughters: Delia & Adira; Scott (McKinley Wilet) Cadwallader and daughter: Hannah and son Jackson; Jeffry (Stephanie) Cadwallader and son: Aiden. She was preceded in death by sisters: Edna Fuller and Pearl Wilson and husband Lloyd; sister-in-law: Dorthea Fuller; granddaughter: Nicole (Kelly) Ortner and her children: Stephen and Nicholas; grandson: Brian Lee Kelly Funeral Services will be at the First United Methodist Church, Rocky Ford, CO, at 1:30 PM on Thursday, October 21st, with Rev. Olga Hard officiating. Visitations will be on Wednesday from 1-5 PM and on Thursday from 9-11 AM all at the Ford-Ustick Funeral Home. Inurnment will be private at a later time.
