Brenda Aragon Berumen was born in Wagon Mound, NM on February 4, 1937 to Benancio Aragon and Clorinda Romero. She was the sister to Felimon, Joe, and Kelly. Brenda was the widow of Fortunato Berumen. The mother to Chris (Michelle) Berumen, Lillian (Schuyler) Totten, and Kenneth (Suzi) Berumen. A lifetime companion to Carlos Gonzales. And a grandma and great-grandma to many. Brenda had an unwavering faith in God and entered Heaven's gates on July 14, 2023 at the age of 86 years old.

Brenda was preceded by her parents Benancio & Clorinda, husband Fortunato, son Kenneth Berumen, son-in-law Schuyler, and brother Joe. She is survived by her lifetime companion Carlos, children Chris (Michelle), Lillian, and daughter-in-law Suzi. And numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
