Cecilia Gonzales of Ordway passed away in Colorado Springs on Monday, November 7, 2022 at the age of 91. Cecilia was born in Sugar City to Frank and Antonette Reil. She married Albino Gonzales and they raised their family in Ordway. Cecilia was an active member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Ordway. She was an active member of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Society within the church. She was a good cook and very active in her community. Cecilia was a very dependent person and well organized.

Cecilia is survived by her 2 daughters: Lucy Gonzales Romero (Paul) of Augusta, GA, Rose Ann (Raul) Sanchez of Pueblo, 7 grandchildren: Jacob LaVoo, Julia Sanchez, Shawna Ace, Dawn Bowers, Bobbie Blanco, Tracy Stephens, Jerry Stephens, 7 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Albino Gonzales, 2 children: Pauline Stephens & Rueben Gonzales.
