Cecelia Diane Perez Came into this world January 6, 1953, in La Junta, Colorado and Cecelia was 71 years old when she departed on June 17, 2024, in Garden City, Kansas. Cecelia was a loving mother and grandma to her kids and grandkids. She was survived by Ernesto Apodaca, by her children Anthony Apodaca, Monica Apodaca, 12 grandkids, and numerous great grandkids. Preceded in death by her mother and father and her son Ernesto Apodaca Jr.

Cecelia loved to go bowling, loved the Broncos, loved to play pool, loved to drink Chelada beer, loved to watch John Wayne; western shows, loved to watch scary movies; she loved to make it dark and a scary environment, and although she complained she loved to cook holiday and birthday meals for those she loved.
