Cory D. Bauer of Denver passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at the age of 48 at The Aurora Medical Center of Aurora. Cory was born March 15, 1975 in Rocky Ford to Carey Bauer and Carole Lindt Bauer. He graduated from Crowley County High School in 1993. He got his technical degree for diesel mechanic from Northwest Kansas Area Vocational Technical School in Goodland, Kansas.

He is survived by his mom Carole Bauer of Sugar City, brother Chad (Pamala) Bauer of Colorado Springs, 4 daughters: Stephanie (Nate) Smith, of Colorado Springs, Shyanne (Harley) Bauer of Pueblo, Samantha Bauer of Colorado Springs, Sydanni Bauer of Colorado Springs, hi grandson Fenrir Bauer of Colorado Springs and his dog Diesel, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Carey Bauer.
