Dennis J. Larney of Rocky Ford passed away May 27, 2024 at the age of

72. Dennis was born in Camden, New Jersey to Joseph and Mary Larney. Dennis had a great sense of humor and was very funny. He loved being outdoors and going fishing. Dennis moved to Rocky Ford 6 years ago. He loved his family, especially the grandkids, he always had a gift for them. He was a very kind person and loved animals. He would leave the window open in his apartment so he could feed the cats in the area. He was also a biker and loved to ride motorcycles. Dennis enjoyed working out and loved to play penny card games with his neighbors.

Dennis is survived by his 4 children: Rebel Larney of FL, Jennifer Cunningham of Fountain, Mary Nystrom of Colorado Springs, Jessica Cunningham of La Junta, 10 grandchildren, 2 brother: Melvin Larney of FL and Joe Larney of Camden, New Jersey, along with numerous nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Mary Larney and Joseph Larney.

Private services will be held at a later date at Nava Manor.
