Mrs. Diana Marie Goebel, 56, of Rocky Ford died on Thursday, January 28th, 2010 peacefully at her residence. Diana was born in LaJunta, CO on February 23, 1953, the daughter of Sam and Esther (Bauer) Eichman. She graduated from Crowley County High School. She was the wife of David Lee Goebel. She worked as a Waitress in the Denver area and was a member of the First Christian Church in Rocky Ford, CO. She is survived by Her mother; Esther of LaJunta; her husband; David of the home; Brother Robert husband of Carmin Eichman of Denver, CO; Niece Andrea Eichman of Lakewood, CO; Nephew Jeremy Eichman of Arizona; Step Daughter Larisa wife of Alan Yancey of Rocky Ford, CO. Numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins Memorial Service will be at First Christian Church, Rocky Ford, CO, at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, February 3rd, with Pastor John Dell officiating. There will be no viewing as cremation has been effected. Inurnment will be private at a later time.
