Dolores was born December 15, 1939 in Santa Rosa, NM. She passed away August 9. 2024 at Fowler Healthcare Center. Even though her real name was Maria Dolores Martinez, she always preferred to go by the middle name. Dolores had four children with Bino Martinez and they dragged them with them to watch mom play softball. She played many years for Tillies Brats and they were a championship team. She later married Tony Aragon and together they put an addition on the house and added a pool table and jukebox. She became an avid pool player, winning many trophies and plaques. When women all over the U.S. started joining the BPOE, she joined Rocky Ford Lodge #1147. She became involved in the lodge having served as Exalted Ruler in 2010. She was the first woman Exalted Ruler for the lodge, and proud of it too for 19 years.

Dolores was preceded in death by her parents, numerous brothers and sisters as there were 9 of them. Son Lenny, daughter Karen, grandson Zachary and many friends. She is survived by sons Karl and Kenny, brother Horace, sister Yolanda and many nieces and nephews.
