Mrs. Dora Tenorio, 77, of Rocky Ford died Saturday, August 23rd, 2008 while in the company of family members at the Pioneer Health Care Center Dora was born in Anton Chico, NM on August 31, 1930, the daughter of the late Castulo and Frances (Graston) Lucero. She was the widow of Jose Tenorio Sr. They were married on January 10, 1949 in Anton Chico, NM. He preceded her in death on September 24, 2003. She was a Homemaker She is survived by: Daughter Maria (Danny Garcia) Tenorio of Rocky Ford, Co; Daughter Janice (Larry) Rodriquez of Denver, CO.; Son Eddie (Julie) Tenorio of Rocky Ford, CO.; Son Castulo (Ardena) Tenorio of Rocky Ford, CO.; Son Jose (Isabel) Tenorio Jr. of Rocky Ford, CO.; Sister Viola Gonzales of Rocky Ford, Co.; Sister Bernice (Delfino) Espinoza of Rocky Ford, Co.; Brother David Lucero of LaJunita, Co.; Brother Daniel Lucero of Rock Ford, Co.. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren Dora was preceeded in death by 6 children, 1 sister and 2 brothers. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at at St. Peters Catholic Church, Rocky Ford, CO, at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 28th, with Fr. Mario Murillo officiating. A Rosary will be recited at 9:30 AM in the church. Friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 2-8 PM at the Ford-Ustick Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery of Rocky Ford, CO. Arrangments have been entrusted to the Ford-Ustick Funeral Home.
