Dorothy "Dot" Ann Hopkins, 63, of Ordway, CO, passed away Friday, July 24th, at her residence.

Dorothy was born in Flint, MI on January 2, 1957, a daughter of Mary Lou (Keel) Kirk and the late Alden S. Kirk.

She was the wife of Kenneth Eugene Hopkins, they were married in May of 1978 in La Junta, CO.

She was a homemaker and worked at Wiley's Dairy Farm and on the family farm.

She is survived by her mother Mary Lou Kirk of Conyers, GA; her husband Kenneth of the home; Son Thomas, husband of Alicia Hopkins; Son Kenneth Leon, husband of Shannon Hopkins, of Midland, TX; Sister Debbie, wife of Joe Bartels, of Conyers, GA; Brother James Thomas, husband of Vickie Kirk, of Waycross, GA; Brother Derek Goddard, of Laporte, IN; Brother Larry Goddard, of Onaway, MI; Sister Sheena Baker, of CO.

She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father; son: Michael Shane Kirk in 2018.

Visitation will be held 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Thursday, July 30th at Ford-Ustick Funeral Home in Rocky Ford, CO. Graveside Services will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 31st at Valley View Cemetery in Ordway, CO with Pastor Jeb Brown officiating. Interment will be in the Valley View Cemetery in Ordway, CO.
