Eileen K. "Pat" Coulter

Mrs. Eileen K. (Pat) Coulter, 98, of Rocky Ford, died on Saturday, February 28th, 2009 peacefully at the Pioneer Health Care Center in Rocky Ford. Eileen was born in Erie, Kansas on October 16, 1910, the daughter of the late Isaac Robert and Fredia Gertrude (Ellis) Lowe. She graduated from Erie High School. She was the widow of Joseph W. Coulter. They were married in 1932 in Chanute, Kansas, he preceded her in death in 1973. She worked as a Mail Carrier at US Post Office She was a member of Community Presbyterian Church in Rocky Ford, CO 81067. She is survived by; Son Robert Coulter of West Point, Ca.; Daughter-in-law: Deloris Coulter of Golden Valley, AZ; Son-in-Law Charlie Reeves of Pueblo, CO; Friend Leota Cox of Rocky Ford, CO; Grandchildren 5 Great-Grandchildren 5 She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 daughters: Shirley Jane Coulter in 1936 and Pasty Reeves in 1989, son: Sonny Coulter in 2007; a step-son: William J. Coulter in 1992; a brother: Everett Lowe; 2 sister-in-laws: Barbara and Geraldine Lowe. Graveside Services will be at the Valley View Cemetery, Rocky Ford, CO, at 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 5th, with Rev. Steve Culver officiating. Friends are invited to call on Thursday 9 AM until noon at the Ford-Ustick Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Valley View Cemetery in Rocky Ford, CO.
