Elaine Louise Marsh, 76, of Fowler, CO, passed away Saturday, August 28th, at her home.

Elaine was born in Lampasas, TX on June 6, 1945, a daughter of the late Corinna Mae (Wright) and Loran Leon Sullivan and she grew up on the family farm north of Boone. She farmed with her dad until she graduated from Edison High School in Yoder, CO. She then went to college at Blair Community College in Colorado Springs CO. When she finished there, she went to work at Hewlett-Packard.

She met Fred, the LOVE of her life in 1967 and married him on August 25, 1967. They lived a few miles from Elaine's parents where Fred farmed with Buss and Elaine worked around the house. To their family Glenn was born on June 24, 1968. Two years later Mark was welcomed on May 12, 1970. One short year later David was welcomed on May 23, 1971. Elaine kept hoping for a girl. Two years later Elaine got her girl Jennie, but with her also came another boy, Jeff on June 22, 1973.

As the kids got older, she went back to college at Pueblo Community College where she later began a 25-year career as a cashier. She retired from that job in 2009. In 2010 Fred and Elaine moved to Eaton Co to work with Jeff in his custom Haying business where she got to spend time with some of her grand kids. In 2012 they moved to Pueblo where Fred worked with Mark farming. In 2015 they moved to Fowler where they made a home until her passing on August 28, 2021.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Buss and Corinna.

She is survived by: Husband Fred Marsh, of Fowler, CO; Son Glenn, husband of Amber Marsh, of Mountain Grove, MO; Son Mark, husband of Jennifer Marsh, of Fowler, CO; Son David Marsh, of Boone, CO; Daughter Jennie, wife of Richard Schoenberger, of Oakley, KS; Son Jeff Marsh, (Carrie Frisbee), of Eaton, CO; Sister Carolyn, wife of Dwight Watson, of Boone, CO; Sister Marilyn, wife of Jerry Christiansen, of Canon City, CO; Sister Cindy Sullivan, of Divide, CO; Sister Judy, wife of Mark Reynolds, of Maryville, Tennessee.

She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.

A Viewing will be on Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 10:00 AM until the services at 11:00 AM both at the Kendrick Bible Church, 2985 Co Rd K, Rush, CO 80833. Interment will be at 2:00 PM in the Highland Baptist Cemetery, Highland Road, Boone, CO 81025.
