Elora Jean Carlson

It is with heavy hearts and cherished memories that we announce the passing of Elora Jean Carlson, a beloved soul whose presence graced this world on July 15, 1942, in Denver. Elora peacefully departed this life at her home on October 6, 2026, attended by her niece, Michelle Simmons, and her nephew, Kevin Simmons.

Born to Ellis Hampton Cain and Orwetta Claudine Cain, Elora grew up in a home filled with love and faith. Her parents instilled in her the values that she carried throughout her life, nurturing a spirit of generosity and kindness that touched everyone she met. Elora was preceded in death by her dear parents, her lovely sister, Cheryl Simmons, and her beloved brother, veteran, Richard Cain.

Elora's life was a testament to the profound love she held for her Savior, Jesus Christ. Her unwavering faith was the cornerstone of her existence, always providing her with strength, guidance, and a deep sense of profound peace.

Throughout her life, Elora was surrounded by family and friends too numerous to count, all of whom will miss her dearly.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Elora's life will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery in Denver, with details to be announced at a later date.

Rest in peace, dear Elora Jean, finally in the loving embrace of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
