Frances Fay Andino
October 2, 1955 - September 9, 2015
Frances Fay Andino, 59, of Rocky Ford, CO, passed away Wednesday, September 9th, suddenly, at Parkview Medical Center, Pueblo, Pueblo County. Frances was born in Redding, CA on October 2, 1955, a daughter of the late Joann (Unknown) and Ellis Cox. She worked as a Cashier at Cub Foods Edgewater, CO. Frances was a good and dear friend to many people. Frances was a humble person, with meager means; however she would give you the shirt off her back if it meant to help another person more than her own self and would do so not for a return but for the gratifying knowledge that she was able to help someone else. For those who showed their appreciations, and understood what friendship meant there were no limits. She took that one last step of giving it all she had even after her passing by donating her tissues, organs and other various parts of her body so that she may be able to help others even from death. Few people truly knew Frances or knew what made her tick. The true side of Frances is that she was a mother who loved her children, she made mistakes just like any other human, but she loved her children she wanted more for them than she did for her- self. She was a friend, one who would tell you like it was wether you liked it or not and not because she liked to, but because she did not want to see others making the same mistakes she did. All the while there were many who somehow managed to take her kindness for weakness, and exploited that, just as there were those few who stood by her side that never wavered what it meant for a true friendship even to the last breath. Tears stain this notice, as it is written, as we lost a dear friend, a widowed mother, and one of the most amazing human beings on Earth. Dance with the Angels…. Sing with all the greats…. Be in Peace, Love and Harmony. She is survived by Son Travis Cox, of Rocky Ford, CO; Son Cheyanne Cox, of Denver, CO; Daughter Libbie Cox-Myles, of Sacramento, CA; Significant other Chris McCrary of Rocky Ford, CO; There will be no services. There will be no viewing as cremation has been effected. Inurnment will be private at a later time. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ford-Ustick Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to www.fordustick.com.
