Mr. Fred Edwin (Freddie) Pearl, 83, of Rocky Ford died on Tuesday, June 30th, 2009 peacefully at his residence. Fred was born in Rocky Ford, CO on June 30, 1926, the son of the late George W. and Louise E. (Funk) Pearl. He graduated from Rocky Ford High School He was the husband of Arlene Renon. He worked as a Farmer He served in the U.S. Army as a Cpl. He is survived by his wife; Nephew Mike husband of Eileen Pearl of Aurora, Co.; Nephew Don husband of Amy Pearl of Atlanta, Georgia; Nephew Jim husband of Patty Pearl of Co. Springs, Co.; Nephew Dick husband of Pebbles Pearl of Rocky Ford, Co.; Niece Teresa wife of Bud Benson of Sonitia, AZ.; Niece Judy wife of John Jenkins of Rocky Ford, CO; Niece Audrey wife of Mike Kindred of Coyle, OK.; Step Daughter Kathrine wife of Carl Busser of Alamosa, Co.; Step Daughter Paulett wife of Gregg Martin of Fort Collins Co.; Step Son Dan husband of Debbie Lucero of Loveland, Co.; Step Son Ray husband of Patrice Renon of Grants, NM.; Step Son Tony Renon of Albuquerque NM. He is also survived by Many Step Grandchildren Preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers Lelan and Francis Pearl and a stepson Billie. Funeral Services will be at the at Ford-Ustick Funeral Home, at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 3rd, with Travis Corbin officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 2, from 9 AM until 5 PM at Ford-Ustick Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery Rocky Ford, CO.
