Garry Ronald Proctor was born on August 12, 1941, to Lewis and Madge Proctor. Garry had two siblings: Anita Peters and Larry Proctor. Garry grew up in Ordway, helping on his parents' farm. He then moved to Ft Collins to get his Electrical Engineering Degree at CSU. He settled in Aurora Co and lived the rest of his life there.

Garry enjoyed his family, friends and grandchildren. He is survived by his 2 sons: David Proctor of Aurora, Michael (Karen) Proctor of Littleton, step-daughter Ann (Adam) Burney of Kansas City, MO, step-son: James Langan of Honolulu, HI, grandchildren: David (Ashley) Proctor of Stanwood, WA, Zachary (Hailey) Proctor of Stanwood, WA, Brandie Proctor of Arlington, WA, Sage Proctor of Littleton, CO, Daylen (Emily) Burney of Kansas City, MO ; great grandchildren Jax, Scotlyn and Kelti Proctor and Juniper Burney, along with many uncles, aunts and cousins. He was preceded in death his mother Madge Proctor, his father Lewis Proctor, his sister Anita Peters, his brother Larry Proctor and his wife Bonnie Proctor.
