Harvey Dean Fellhauer of Manzanola passed away on Friday, July 11, 2025 at the age of 82 at his home surrounded by his family. Dean was born in La Junta to Harvey & Edith Fellhauer. He grew up in Fowler graduating from Fowler High School, Class of 1960. He married Geraldine Smart in 1964. They started their family in La Junta then they moved to a large ranch in Clinton, Canada before returning to Fowler and eventually settling in Manzanola in 1979. Dean was a truck driver mainly hauling propane and fuel. He was a 4-H leader for 10 years while his children were growing up. After retirement Dean and Geraldine traveled the country visiting many historical sites. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved going to his grandchildren's ballgames, races, and rodeos.

Dean is survived by son Dale (Jammie) Fellhauer, of Manzanola, daughter Wendy (Kevin) Waggoner, of Kim, 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 1 brother Grant Fellhauer of KS. He was preceded in death by his wife Geraldine Fellhauer, parents, Harvey & Edith Fellhauer as well as his sister Melverta Bauer.
