Helen Clark

Helen Joyce Clark, 78, of Rocky Ford, CO, passed away Saturday, June 27th, while in the company of family members, at Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center-Nursing Center East, La Junta. Helen was born in Estancia, NM on May 6, 1937, a daughter of the late Bessie (Scott) and Alvin Kenneth Hibner. Helen graduated from Estancia High School in Estancia, NM. Helen was the wife of Willard G. Clark they were married on May 21, 1955, in Estancia, NM. Helen retired from Winter Livestock in La Junta, she also worked at the La Junta Livestock Commission. She attended Valley Community Church in Rocky Ford, CO. Helen was a long time bowling league member and she enjoyed arrowhead hunting near her longtime home of Higbee, CO. She is survived by her husband Willard of the home; Son Bruce, husband of Vickie Clark, of Lexington, OK; Daughter Janice Cairns, of Albuquerque, NM; Son Justin Clark, of Rocky Ford, CO; Sister Linda, wife of Tom Stephens, of Monahans, TX; Brother Wes, husband of Donna Hibner, of Walla Walla, WA; Brother Roger, husband of Debbie Hibner, of Aztec, NM. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren; 6 Great-Grandchildren There will be no viewing as cremation has been effected. Inurnment will be private at a later time.
