Mr. James Lee (Jim) Reyher, 85, of Rocky Ford passed away on Monday, November 5th, 2012 while in the company of family members at Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center, La Junta, CO. James was born in Wiley, CO on May 17, 1927, the son of the late William Carl and Mildred Mae (Ellenberger) Reyher. Jim graduated from Wiley High School. He was the husband of Berna Jean (Kasza) Reyher they were married on May 20, 1949 in Raton, NM. She survives. He worked as a Business Manager in Agriculture. He was a member of First Christian Church of Manzanola. He is survived by his wife, Berna of the home; Son Steven husband of Gale Reyher of Quaker City, OH; Daughter Susan wife of Bill Richardson of Boiling Springs, SC; Brother Bob Reyher of McClave, CO; Brother Don husband of Pauline Reyher of Wiley, CO; Brother Paul husband of Hilda Reyher of Wiley, CO; Sister Doris wife of Ellwin McVicker of Haxtun, CO; Niece Linda wife of Jess Downey of McClave, CO. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren: Annie (Joe) Binkiewicz, Luke Reyher, Aaron Basler, Jacob Reyher, Josh (Crystle) Basler, James (Diana) Reyher, Sarah Basler, Kirsten Hall (Adam Bartley); 5 Great-Grandchildren: Matthew Binkiewicz, Ella Binkiewicz, Apollo Basler, Hermione Bartley, Wyatt Bartley, Jim was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson; Brandon Hall. Memorial Service will be at the First Christian Church of Manzanola, Manzanola, CO, at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 9th, with Pastor John Dell officiating. There will be no viewing as cremation has been effected. Inurnment will be in the Mountainview Cemetery in Manzanola, CO. Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church of Manzanola. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ford-Ustick Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to www.fordustick.com.
