James "Jim" David Woody, 69, of Swink, CO, passed away Thursday, December 9th, at his residence.

James was born in Topeka, KS on December 14, 1951, a son of the late Harriett Ida (Maes) and John E. Woody.

He was the husband of Sharon Luann (Haffner) Woody. they were married on November 28, 1970 in Denver, CO.

Jim loved spending time with his family, his dogs, hunting, shooting at the range with his daughter, son-in-law and brother, fishing and traveling to see friends.

He is survived by: Wife Sharon of the home; Daughter Kimberly, wife of Lorin Adams, of Rocky Ford, CO; Brother Bill Woody, of Lakewood, CO; Sister Mary Ann, wife of Larry Rivera, of Denver, CO; Grandson Jesse Woody

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother: Charles Woody.

There will be no local services. Inurnment will be private at a later time.
