Jayleigh was born in LaJunta, CO on September 1, 2010, the daughter of Gregory Angelo Gauna and Danielle Lynea Valdez. She was a member of The Upper Room Fellowship in LaJunta, CO. She is survived by Her parents; Grandparents Gregory & Beverly Gauna of Rocky Ford, CO; Grandmother Shelly Valdez of Rocky Ford, CO; Great-Grandparents Andrew & Ida Aragon of Rocky Ford, CO; Great-Grandparents Johnny & Janeria Gauna of Rocky Ford, CO; Great-Grandparents Telesfor & Frances Valdez of Rocky Ford, CO; Great-Grandparents Leroy & Carol Encineas of Greeley, CO; Special Friend Francisco Ruiz of Rocky Ford, CO; Special Friend Michael Maes of Rocky Ford, CO; Uncle Dominic Gauna of Rocky Ford, CO; Uncle Christopher Maes of Rocky Ford, CO; Uncle Brendan Chavez of Manzanola, CO; Aunt Quianna Ruiz of Rocky Ford, CO; Numerous other Aunts & Uncles She was preceded in death by grandfather: James Encineas and Great-Great Grandmother: Higinia Romero. Funeral Services will be at the Ford-Ustick Funeral Home, Rocky Ford, at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 3rd, with Pastor Paul Simon officiating. There will be no public viewing.
