Jerry Glynn Stephenson, 81, of La Junta, CO, passed away Friday, November 5th, at Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center, La Junta, CO.

Jerry was born in Estacado, Texas on December 24, 1939, a daughter of the late Nell (McCurdy) and U. L. Bryant.

She graduated from Lorenzo High School in Lorenzo, TX and attended Lubbock Business College.

She was the wife of Fred Randall Stephenson, they were married on January 28, 1960 in Lubbock, TX.

She was a member of Valley Community Church in Rocky Ford, CO.

She worked with Fred in Colby, KS as caretakers of the county fairgrounds for 17 years.

She enjoyed sewing, reading, drawing and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by: Husband Fred of the home; Daughter Peggy (Chuck) Becker, of Albuquerque, NM; Daughter - in - Law Tami Stephenson, of Swink, CO; Brother David Bryant, of North, South Carolina; Sister - in - Law Wyanza (Donald) Pierce, of Lubbock, TX.

She is also survived by 8 grandchildren: Jason (Tiffanie) Muth; Bryan (Rachel) Muth, Jeremy (Hannah) Muth, Chelsey (Andrew) Grover, Audrey Stephenson, Hayley Stephenson, Nick Becker & Brandon Becker; 14 great - grandchildren

Jerry was preceded in death by her parents; daughter: Susie Muth; son: Clayton Stephenson
