Jose was born in Urireo, Guanajuato, Mexico on April 11, 1943, the son of Francisco and Maria Jesus (Rodriguez) Ramos. Funeral Services will be held in Mexico. A Visitation will be held on Friday from 9 AM until 4 PM at the Ford-Ustick Funeral Home. Interment will be in Urireo, Guanajuato, Mexico.
