Jo Ann "Brenda" Martinez of Rocky Ford passed away Sunday, June 18, 2023 in Pueblo. Jo Ann was born in Rocky Ford, the daughter of Jose and Eva Grano. Jo Ann worked at BB Nite Club for 15 years. She was always a very happy person. She loved to sing, if there was karaoke around, she would be there. She loved music, spending time with her family and friends, going to the Renaissance Fair and playing cards.

She is survived by her husband Tom Martinez of Rocky Ford, 5 brothers: Manuel Olguin of Aurora, Leroy (Sarah) Grano of Rocky Ford, James (Leona) Grano of La Junta, Jerry (Jo) Grano of Rocky Ford, David (Margaret) Grano of La Junta along with her sister Linda (Grano) Aragon. She also had numerous nephews and nieces, step-daughter Ruby Gallagoes and step-granddaughter Jenea Herrera. She also has a special family and friends at Nava Manor. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Fred Grano, sister-in-law Jeannette Olguin, niece Angel Grano, 5 nephews: Joe Aragon, Steven Aragon, Jonah Olguin, David Aragon, Joe Barala and her special friend Ralph Martinez.
