Jose "Joe" H. Aguilera, Jr.

Jose (Joe) H Aguilera Jr, 42, of McAllen, TX, passed away Saturday, November 23rd, suddenly at his residence. Joe was born in La Junta, CO on November 9th 1971, Son of Jose and Crossie Aguilera (Fernandez). Joe attended La Junta High School his freshman year, then graduated from McAllen High School. Joe was the District Manager at Dominos Pizza where he started working when he was just 18 years old. He touched the hearts of every one that had the pleasure of working with him. As a child Joe played baseball and wrestled. Joe loved sports especially his Dallas Cowboys and LA Lakers. He is survived by: Parents, Jose and Crossie Aguilera, Of Mcallen, TX; Brother, Marcus Aguilera, Of Mcallen, TX; Sisters, Nancy Grano (Aguilera), Of Aurora, CO; Alice Solis (Aguilera), Of Stuarts Draft, VA; Yvonne Aguilera, Of Mcallen, TX. Nephew and Nieces; David M Solis, Jordan Grano, Imogen Arellano, Desiree Aguilera, Gayle Grano and Ashley Hodge. Great Nieces and Nephews; Zaelah Salas, Zeyairah Bickle, Zaniyah Perez, Zyris Perez and Taylor Hernandez. Best Friend Roell Castano, Of Mcallen, TX. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Joe was preceded in death by Brother Hugo B Aguilera and Grandparents Antonia Carrillo (Barela), Socorro and Baldomero Aguilera. He is GREATLY MISSED by us all. A Rosary Service will be recited at 10:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, December, 3, 2013 both at the Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish in La Junta. A visitation will be on Monday, December 2, 2013 from 1-5 PM at the Ford-Ustick Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery in La Junta.
