Karen Mae Crego, 63, of Fowler, CO, passed away Thursday, January 31st, peacefully, at her residence.

Karen was born in Spokane, WA on July 30, 1955, a daughter of the late Leona Mary (Sharp) and Duane James Martin.

She attended the Solid Rock Baptist Church in Fowler, CO.

Karen always volunteered to serve breakfast at the Fowler High School. She also attended every high school sporting event, home and away games. She was a big supporter of the Fowler Grizzlies and the kids involved.

She is survived by her husband Gary of the home;

Son Cody (Meghan) Crego, of Bayfield, CO;

Son Jessie Crego, of La Junta, CO;

Son Justin Crego, of Beaufort, SC;

Daughter Trina (Jacob) McCurry, of Pueblo, CO;

Sister Debbie Martin

Sister Shari (John) Dietz, of Crowley, CO;

Sister Vicki (Jason) Jackson, of Kim, CO;

Sister Beth (John) Pitts, of Cripple Creek, CO;

Sister Jo Jo Herring, of Kremmling, CO;

Brother Frank (Amanda) Martin, of Walsenburg, CO.

She is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Maddy, Colton, Luke, Wyatt and Corbin.

Per her request there will be no services. Inurnment will be private at a later time.
