Keith Melvin Howe, 82, of Swink, CO, passed away Sunday, September 6th, at his residence.

Keith was born in Swink, CO on February 9, 1938, a son of the late Leona (Laird) and Frank Howe.

He was the widower of Dora Ann (Trembly) Howe, they were married on July 4, 1954.

Keith retired in 2000 from the Rocky Ford Co-Op and has been a long-standing and respected member of the Arkansas Valley farming community.

He is survived by his four children Diana (Rick) Cook, Canon City; Linda Rieger, Lakewood; Kelly (Sadonna) Howe, Swink and Lisa (Byron) Cordova, Aurora. He is also the grandfather of Kevin Rieger, Brandon Vermette, Michael Vermette, Cheyenne Tucker, Alex Cordova, and Tessa Cordova as well as 5 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother (Kenneth), wife (Dora) and grandchildren (Eric and Brian Coonfield).

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 23rd at Hillcrest Cemetery in Rocky Ford, CO. Inurnment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Rocky Ford, CO.
