Leon Lee Montoya passed away on April 3, 2024 at the age of 18 in Pueblo. Leon was born in Pueblo on Sept. 15, 2005 at St. Mary Corwin to Crystal & Frank Montoya. He was raised in Rocky Ford, then moved back to Pueblo where he is currently a senior at Pueblo West High School. He was looking forward to graduating on May 24, 2024. Leon was respectful, caring, very outgoing, he had good humor, & was very funny. Leon had a passion for sports. He loved to wrestle, play baseball, basketball, playing video games, listen to music & hanging out with friends & family. But most of all he loved spending time with the love of his life (Esme). Leon will be greatly missed by many people, but not forgotten. Leon will forever be in our hearts.

Leon is survived by his mom & dad Crystal & Frank Montoya, his sister Nevaeh Montoya, cousin - brother Zayden Madrid, nana Theresa Cordova Aragon, grandpo Tony Sandoval, grandma Yolanda Soltero, grandpo Bill Montoya great grandma Alice Gomez. Leon has numerous uncles, aunties & cousins, great uncles & aunties as well.
