Mrs. Margaret Abel, 87, of Rocky Ford, died Thursday, November 20th, 2008 at her residence. Margaret was born in Rocky Ford, CO on January 3, 1921, the daughter of the late Lewis Elbert and Dorothy (Davis) Sims. She was the widow of Fred B. Abel. She was a Homemaker She is survived by her friends Sal (Marge) Renteria of Rocky Ford, CO. Preceded in death by a daughter Jane Abel Memorial Services will be private. There will be no viewing as cremation has been effected. Inurnment will be private at a later date in the Hillcrest Cemetery of Rocky Ford, CO.
