Marge Roscover

September 24, 1940 - April 18, 2016

Marjorie "Marge" (Ustick) Roscover, a native of Rocky Ford, Colorado left us April 18, 2016. Born September 24, 1940 to Carl and Isabel Ustick. Marge was a successful local real estate agent, who along with her husband, Wes Roscover owned and operated Roscover Realty, retiring in 2009. Prior to starting a career in real estate, Marge worked for Rocky Ford Public Schools for 15 years. Marge's infectious personality meant she never met a stranger, going out of her way to make people feel welcome. Marge was involved with her church, enjoyed playing bridge, and taking walks, occasionally partaking in a glass of wine watching the sunset with her husband and sister, Milly Donelson. Marge is survived by her husband, Wes Roscover of the home. Sisters, Milly Donelson of Rocky Ford, and Dee Strizich of Bozeman, MT. Brother's and Sister's-in-law, David R. Roscover of Pueblo, CO, Mary Lou (Roscover) Kruger of Winder, GA, Russell (Marita) Roscover of Colorado Springs, Florence (Roscover) Carara of Pueblo. Children, Jerry Patterson of Rocky Ford, Nancy (Neil) VanDyk of Rocky Ford, Karen (Darrel) Arrington of Hillsdale, OK, Karla (Bill) Walker of Rio Rancho, NM, Debbie (Barney) Anderson or Fort Collins, CO and Mike (Melody) Roscover or Laredo, TX. She was very proud of her numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Marge was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Isabel, her son, Randy Patterson, and her Brother's-in-law, Carrol Donelson, Pete Strizich, Clarence Roscover, Malcom Roscover and sister-in-law Mary-Ann (Roscover) Martin. Services will be at 10:00am on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Community Presbyterian Church with Pastor John Dell officiating. Interment will follow the service at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Rocky Ford, CO. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial funds be directed to the Rocky Ford Fire Department/New Building Fund; 203 S. 9th, Rocky Ford, CO 81067.
