Martha Torres was born July 5th, 1952 in New Mexico. She passed away June 29, 2025 at age 72 at Parkview Medical Center with family by her side. She was married for 52 years to her husband Alvaro Sr. She loved all of her kids & grandkids and accepted anyone her kids brought around. She loved to sew & cook anytime she got to. She would always watch all of her grandkids any time we dropped them off. She loved to watch her kids play softball. She loved watching Wheel of Fortune and The Prices is Right everyday. She loved going yard selling. She was a Colorado sports fan to the fullest.

She leaves behind several siblings, children Gilbert (Erin) Torres of Denver, Chris (Amanda) Torres of Lajunta, April Torres of Rocky Ford, Alvaro (Angelina) Torres of Rocky Ford, Kimberly (Cody) Zarndt of Denver, Salena (Mike) Torres of Denver. Many Grandchildren, Javier, Quiana, Dominic, Trevor, Devin, Thomas, Gisela, Nisa, Vicente, Alizabeth, Adrianna, Lily, Jayovonni, EmmaLynn, Anthony, Luis, Natalia, Monica, Marilu, Myka, Kyra, Maricella, D'Mia, Tony and Amber & 6 Great grandchildren. Proceeded in death by husband Alvaro Sr. Both parents Manuel & Jenny Torrez, siblings Danny Torres & both grandsons Lucas Sandoval and Xavier Rodriguez.
