Matthew Brian Santistevan,39, Rocky Ford resident, passed away January 8, 2023, at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs. He was born April 9, 1983, in La Junta, Colorado to Maurice and Catherine (LeBlanc) Santistevan. He graduated from Rocky Ford High School in 2001 and moved to Denver after graduation having lived there for several years before moving back to Rocky Ford.

Matthew was preceded in death by Grandfather Albino LeBlanc Jr., Aunt Grace LeBlanc, Aunt Charlotte Martinez, Grandmother Louise Santistevan, and Uncle Jeffery Santistevan. He is survived by both his parents, brother James Santistevan and sister Marybeth Gallegos. He is also survived by Grandmother Annie LeBlanc, Grandfather Albert Santistevan, several aunts, uncles and multiple cousins.
