Maura Martinez - Demoya, 69, of Rocky Ford, CO, passed away Tuesday, October 15th, at Parkview Medical Center, Pueblo, CO.

Maura was born in Los Morillos, Durango, Mexico on January 15, 1950, a daughter of the late Manuela (Rodriguez) and Alfonso Martinez.

She was the wife of Arturo Moya.

She is survived by her husband Arturo of the home; Son Martin Martinez Daughter Soledad Avila Daughter Azucena Hernandez Daughter Guadalupe Ortega Daughter Silvia Hernandez Daughter Maria Elena Preciado

She is also survived by 3 sisters; 2 brothers; 20 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Thursday, October 17th at St. Peters Catholic Church in Rocky Ford, CO with Fr. Paul Ekeh officiating. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Rocky Ford, CO.
