Seda Fujishiro

Seda Fujishiro, 96, of Rocky Ford, CO, passed away Sunday, January 11th, peacefully, at Pioneer Health Care Center. Seda was born in Rocky Ford, CO on January 19, 1918, a daughter of the late Mitsuko (Suetsugu) and Keitaro Mameda. She was the widow of Shuey Fujishiro. She was a Homemaker. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Rocky Ford, CO. She is survived by; Son David, husband of Joan Fujishiro, of Honolulu, HI; Son John, husband of Shirley Fujishiro, of Pueblo, CO; Grandson Mark, husband of Yume Fujishiro, of Honolulu, HI; Grandson Matthew, husband of Toni Fujishiro, of Las Vegas, NV; Granddaughter Madeline Fujishiro, of Ft. Collins, CO; Brother Herb Mameda, of Rocky Ford, CO; Sister Yoshiko Togashi, of Palo Alto, CA; Sister Helen Takagishi, of Sunnyvale, CA. Preceded in death by her parents; husband: Shuey Fujishiro; brothers: Seiri Mameda, Seido Mameda; sister: Akiyo Mameda. Memorial Service will be at the First United Methodist Church, Rocky Ford, CO, at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 19th, with Pastor Marty Lee officiating. There will be no viewing as cremation has been effected. Inurnment will be in the Valley View Cemetery in Rocky Ford, CO. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church 301 W. Washington Rocky Ford, CO 81067. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ford-Ustick Funeral Home.
