Stella E. Gauna passed away on Saturday, December 3rd in Rocky Ford. Stella was born in Segundo to Manuel and Beatrice Suazo. They moved to Rocky Ford where she grew up in the area. Stella married Albert Gauna and they had 2 children. Stella was a hard worker, she worked as a caretaker at Pioneer Memorial Hospital and then she started her own cleaning business. Stella always had an immaculate yard. She loved taking care of her dogs and loved being with her grandkids. I would like to thank friends and family. I'd especially like to thank you Gene.

Stella is survived by her son Larry Gauna of Rocky Ford, 8 grandchildren, 2 sisters: Flora Franco of Pueblo and Virginia Lopez of Alamosa. She was preceded in death by her husband Albert and her son Albert, Jr.
