Stephen "Steve" Delfido Medina

Stephen Delfido (Steve) Medina, 45, of Rocky Ford, CO, passed away Thursday, March 20th, peacefully, at Sangre De Cristo Hospice House, Pueblo.

Steve was born in Los Angeles, CA on October 31, 1968, a son of Lydia (Salas) and Delfido Medina

He graduated from El Monte High School in El Monte CA.

He attended St. Peters Catholic Church Rocky Ford, CO 81067.

He is survived by his parents Lydia and Delfido Medina of Rocky Ford, CO; Daughter Monique Medina, of Riverside, CA; Daughter Sabrina Medina, of Rocky Ford, CO; Spouse Jeanine Medina of Riverside, CA; Sister Elaine Medina, of Los Angeles, CA; Nephew Andrew Lugo, of Los Angeles, CA; Granddaughter Anaya Reynosa, of Riverside, CA.

He was preceded in death by grandparents: Ida Medina, Alfonso Medina, Santos & Ciraco Salas; 3 uncles: Margarito Maes, Billy Salas, Demetrio Salas; 4 aunts: Susie Salas, Tillie Romero, Ramona Medina-Pena & Martha Medina.

A Rosary service will be recited at 10:30 AM by Vita Ornelas with a Memorial Mass to follow at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 4, 2014 with Fr. Paul Ekeh officiating both at the St. Peters Catholic Church in Rocky Ford. There will be no viewing as cremation has been effected. Inurnment will be in the Valley View Cemetery in Rocky Ford, CO.
