Susan Ingraham

June 15, 1955 - January 30, 2018

Susan "Suz" Ingraham, 62, passed away peacefully on January 30 th , 2018, surrounded by family.

Susan was born Susan Kaye Dowell on June 15, 1955 in Rocky Ford, CO to Lucile and C.D. Dowell.

She married her husband, Ken Ingraham, on March 11, 1978 in Pueblo, CO. They moved to Denver, where she worked in transportation as an accountant for several years.

She loved music, driving through the mountains, and her family. She dabbled in a multitude of crafts, from knitting and sewing to scrapbooking. People she met held her in high regard, and always praised her intelligence and quick wit. She left a lasting impression on everyone she knew. She was strong and stubborn; nowhere was this more apparent than when she held her head high through a kidney transplant in 2015. The organ was donated to her by her husband, who she praised with saving her life. She was also immensely proud of her daughter, Megan, and loved to spend time with her nieces and nephews.
