Teodora "Dora" Baca

Teodora Irene Baca, 75, of Rocky Ford, CO, passed away Saturday, November 1st, peacefully, at Pioneer Health Care Center. Teodora was born in Rocky Ford, CO on December 27, 1938, a daughter of the late Jennie (unknown) and John Amaya. She graduated from Rocky Ford High School. She was the wife of Eloy Baca they were married on April 18, 1964 in Rocky Ford, CO. She worked as at El Capitan Rocky Ford, CO and had also worked at the pickle factory in La Junta. She was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church Rocky Ford, CO 81067., She volunteered with the church calling on those who were unable to get out. She is survived by her husband Eloy of the home; A Rosary service will be recited at 10:30 AM with a Memorial Mass to follow at 11:00 AM both at the St. Peters Catholic Church, Rocky Ford, CO on Friday, November 7th, with Fr. Paul Ekeh officiating. There will be no viewing as cremation has been effected. Inurnment will be in the Valley View Cemetery in Rocky Ford, CO.
