Theresa Annette Bailon, 59, of Rocky Ford, CO, passed away Monday, November 27th, unexpectedly at Parkview Medical Center, Pueblo, CO.

Theresa was born in Rocky Ford, CO on November 1, 1958, a daughter of the late Nadine (Barron) and Gregory Rodriquez.

She was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church in Rocky Ford, CO.

Our mother was a woman with a big heart always had a smile on her face and welcoming with hugs. She was the piece to the puzzle that kept us together and always made sure you didn't leave hungry. She had a passion for cooking that will be truly missed by many she loved to travel and spend time with family, children, grandchildren. Loved attending the grand kids events and socializing with others and making new friends. She ALWAYS did and put others first before herself. She will be TRULY missed by many. OUR MOTHER WAS ONE OF A KIND.

Brother David (Margie) Rodriquez, of Great Bend, KS;

Brother Pete Rodriquez, of Leoti, KS;

Brother Paul Rodriquez, of Rocky Ford, CO;

Brother Michael (Bonnie) Rodriquez, of Leoti, KS;

Brother Fred (Cathy) Rodriquez, of Hutchinson, KS;

Brother Gary Rodriquez, of Leoti, KS;

Daughter Melissa Aragon, of Rocky Ford, CO.

She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren: Greg, Jr., Isiah, Erica, Leticia, Santiago, Claudia, Alex, Sara, Derick, Anaybeth, Brittany, Erika, Dominic, Josiah, Cinch, Madison and Malaiya; 7 step-brothers and 1 step-sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter: Charlene; brother: Samuel and a sister: Debbie; step-mother: Manuela Rodriquez; sister-in-law: Soledad; god-mother: Jennie Barron.

A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 AM with the Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 1st both at St. Peters Catholic Church in Rocky Ford, CO with Fr. Paul Ekeh officiating. A public viewing will be on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017 from 4 - 6 PM at the Ford - Ustick Funeral Home in Rocky Ford. Interment will be at the Calvary Cemetery in La Junta, CO.
