Tom H. Sadler, Jr.

Tom Henry Sadler, Jr., 71, of Rocky Ford, CO, passed away Saturday, September 6th, while in the company of family members at his residence. Tom was born in Roswell, NM on April 10, 1943, the son of the late Lola (Pino) and Tom H. Sadler, Sr. He attended schools in the Manzanola area. He was the husband of Pat (Fragoza) Sadler, they were married on April 14, 1969 in Rocky Ford, CO. Tom worked as a Meat Cutter at Rhoades Food Center in Rocky Ford, CO for 15 years. He also worked at NIBCO and Arkansas Valley Produce and owned several properties in the Rocky Ford area. Tom enjoyed traveling and spending time with his dog, Lucki. He enjoyed spending time with all of his family. He is survived by his wife Pat of the home; Son Tom H. Sadler, III, of Fort Garland, CO; Daughter Patty, wife of Dennis Olmedo, of Rocky Ford, CO; Grandson Matthew Sadler, of Amarillo, TX; Granddaughter Amanda Olmedo, of Rocky Ford, CO; Granddaughter Ashley Olmedo, of Rocky Ford, CO; Granddaughter Jennifer Olmedo, of Rocky Ford, CO; Great-Granddaughter Jizella Olmedo-Maestas, of Rocky Ford, CO; Great-Grandson Noah Robinson, of Rocky Ford, CO. Tom was preceded in death by his parents and grandson: Tommy Sadler, IV. Memorial Service will be at the First United Methodist Church, Rocky Ford, CO, at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 26th, with Pastor Cruz Fragoza, Jr. officiating. There will be no viewing as cremation has been effected. Inurnment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery Rocky Ford, CO. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ford-Ustick Funeral Home.
