Wilma Irene Price

Mrs. Wilma Irene Price, 83, of Rocky Ford Monday, May 7th, 2012 peacefully at Pioneer Health Care Center Wilma was born in Neodesha, Kansas on July 31, 1928, the daughter of the late Ralph and Evelyn Eve (Casebeer) Tucker. She graduated from Neodesha High School in Kansas and from the Wichita State University Nursing Program. She was the widow of George Price. She was previously married to Wayne Mangus and they later divorced. She retired as a Proofreader at Rocky Mountain News. She attended St. Peters Catholic Church in Rocky Ford, CO. She was active in the Printer's Union. She is survived by: Son Harold husband of Debra Mangus of Olney Springs, CO; Son Gary Mangus of Denver, CO; Daughter Carol Rutherford of Cape Girardeau, MO; Daughter Mary Price of Brownsville, TX; Brother Robert Tucker of Neodesha, KS. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild She was preceded in death by a sister: Nancy Johnson; brother: Ralph Tucker, Jr.; daughter: There will be no local services. There will be no viewing as cremation has been effected. Inurnment will be private at a later time. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ford-Ustick Funeral Home.
